Praia Dourada Resort Maragogi

Beautiful beach, with crystal clear waters and warm temperature. We enjoyed lounging under the beach umbrellas and ordering refreshing drinks and snacks from the attentive waiters. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay at Praia Dourada. I highly recommend this hotel for beach lovers.

Only the location is nice... but the hotel itself (even having been in one of the most expensive rooms) was not what I expected and if they are really lucky they might get a 3 star rating

Filthy bathroom and extremely pathetic shower. Bad quality towels. The people who work in the restaurant never smiled and it looks like they don't enjoy serving the customers or maybe they don't get paid enough. The safe in the room was also too small and I was unable to put some of my important belongings in it. This hotel is not for people who don't want to hear children screaming and crying all the time. If you want a place to be relaxed the whole time... then this is not the place. never order a sandwich via room service (extremely low quality) and if you want an omelet during breakfast you need to stand there and make sure they prepare it the way you want... otherwise they will add way too much ham and cheese.

Convenient location, within walking distance to all the main attractions. Easy parking available 🚗. Would definitely come back for another stay!

The hotel is situated on a beautiful sandy beach, where it has its own private area. The sea is calm and warm. Chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge. Ample and wholesome buffets are available for lunch and dinner. Room service was very very efficient - we had a breakfast in the room (excellent), and also a simple meal we had specified not listed on the menu (again, excellent). The swimming pools are charming.

Guests must be aware that the hotel is a 15 Reais (£6, $10) taxi ride away from the little town of Maragogi. But it is also walkable along the beach during the day (about 40 minutes). For those who have done excursions to see "fish in the sea" or fish in "natural swimming pools" before, excursions here will not exceed any others. Fun, yes, but not overly impressive.

We appreciated praia dourada. Right place for a city trip in Maragogi.

This venue was a fantastic place for a vacation, the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and being close to the airport was convenient; we really enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful beach! I was in a suite just in front of the sea, which had a lovely view!!! It's the second time I stay in this Hotel, and my impression is the same of the last time: Very nice!!!

During my recent vacation over Christmas, I enjoyed having access to a nice swimming pool and sitting area that was great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. the complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious and offered a varied selection of foods. the hotel's proximity to nearby beaches and attractions made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The limited number of sunbeds and parasols available. Many times, guests would reserve empty chairs with towels, but not actually use them for hours on end, leading to a shortage of seating options.

We had an incredible holiday at this luxurious hotel. The pool is simply amazing, with the unique feature of having a bar where you can enjoy your drink while sitting on a stool inside the pool. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for both adults and kids, ensuring that everyone has a great time. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They provide comfortable chairs and umbrellas right in front of the beach, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with ease. The food at this hotel is nothing short of amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a fresh made tapioca that was an absolute blast. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the silent AC provided the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. The hotel is filled with beautiful flowers, game areas, music, and delicious drinks. We would definitely go back to this hotel again without hesitation.

The pool area is great, and there are daily activities for everyone. The bar inside the pool is cool, and the drinks are tasty. The beach is nearby and the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

The location is not great, and the hotel is far from the city center. The food is not very good, and there are not many options.

The hotel is well-located, directly on Antunes beach and in the Maragogi area. It is also close to a drugstore. the rooms may not be luxurious, but they offer a great view of the sea. the area is peaceful, perfect for families.

Some facilities like the pool, kitchen, and bathroom were not well-maintained, so cleanliness was an issue.

I had an very nice stay by the beach in this area. The view from my balcony was amazing, and I woke up every morning to the sunrise. The staff was friendly, and the hotel's facilities, including a lovely swimming pool, were amazing. this hotel's location by the beach is unbeatable. A toddler pool is available nearby, and breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
